Most decisions are made more on Tacit information than Explicit - more on Opinions than Facts.

So, wouldn't you like to know the assumptions made, or what consideratons were taken into account, at the time predictions were made on the future value of every Activity in your plan?

If Tracking  showed the aggregate value deviating from plan, how useful would it be to be able to Drill-Down , find the cause of the deviation, and inspect Annotations to see what the "Expert" that set up this part of the plan was thinking when they made the valuation?
